Generator merupakan salah satu jenis mesin listrik yang banyak digunakan pada sistem pembangkit tenaga listrik. Namun, seringkali generator memiliki efisiensi daya rendah akibat kondisi pembebanan maupun gangguan. Untuk mengoptimalkan generator, terdapat berbagai cara satunya dengan maximum power point tracking (MPPT). Pada penelitian ini, MPPT untuk memaksimalkan keluaran magnet permanen (PMSG). Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membuat alat optimalisasi penyearah kendali fuzzy logic control (FLC). Kendali FLC dirancang masukan berupa error perubahannya. Setelah itu dari akan duty cycle menjadi konverter DC-DC. Keluaran penambahan pengurangan agar sama dapat dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler Arduino Mega2560. Dari hasil pengujian, didapat bahwa telah berhasil menjejaki titik kerja sehingga mendapatkan hampir masukan. Efisiensi sebesar 94% jauh lebih baik daripada tanpa 84%.
